It merely involves a transfer of documentation and accounts. It is likely you do not even need to change banks. We spend some time with your board members tailoring our agreement to meet your needs which may be executed electronically.

We custom tailor our fees to meet your circumstances: the number of units in your community, and the extent of our role.

The Board of Directors of your community hires a property management company to service the needs of the community. This may include collection of assessments, supervision of subcontractors, providing financial statements and collection reports, problem solving, and communications with homeowners.

An HOA is typically a non-profit corporation managed by an elected Board of Directors. Its purpose is to maintain all common areas and govern the community in accordance with governing documents: CC&Rs, bylaws, and articles of incorporation.

If you cannot resolve the issue by talking with your neighbor, please reach out to us. We will review the issue and determine whether it may be out of compliance with the bylaws, CC&Rs, or other rules. We will take action based on a particular rule. Your continued assistance may be required.
